From The Garage tonight we have been looking at summer organization for paddling and swimming.  June changes the way we think about paddling at The Garage. In the spring we are not in the water much and getting wet happens because we get water in the boat,  not because we want to get wet.  Now that summer is here  we have to rethink what we are doing because everyone comes home wet and that is a game changer.  Normally we would just take a bag for dry clothes to change into in-case we got wet.  Now we are coming home with a pile of wet clothes, suits,  and wet life jackets. We have dry bags for all of our clothing when we paddle. But  now what we really needed is a wet bag.  A bag that we can put wet bathing suits, towels and life jackets and it won’t be a big deal if they are forgotten about for a few days.   So what I made is a mesh bag with a few extra details for everyone.

I made form 100% nylon mesh ( military grade) 550 cord draw string ( military grade) it is 14″ T,8″W just the right size for you 3 year old to carry her won stuff

I added a handle on it so the kids can help carry their own items.

I also added a loop for a grim lock or carabiner. Now we have a place for the wet bag to hang and i don’t have to worry about wet stuff left in my truck and we can keep each kids stuff in their own bag.
